When I was a child I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, because I love animals and I just wanted to save their lives,but then I realized that is a really hard job because you have to treat with so many difficults (death of some pets) and that makes me sad. Then I wanted to study Psychology but I changed my mind very quickly because I decided to be a teacher, but then I changed my mind AGAIN and here I am studying anthropology.
Last year my options were History in this University (degree) and pedagogy in the USACH. And I entered to degree in History but I changed my mind, so I decided to study anthropology and I applied just for this career, with no other options and I don't regret at all.

My choices were based in what it would make me happy and in which job I would like to work (always thinking about helping people), and my parents always supported me, because they said that I could study anything if it makes me happy.

I really like University, my experience has been very nice, I have good friends, I like the mood and the people. I really like the academic part, because I like the teachers and learning about a lot of subjects that our career includes. 

I would like to work in a Ministery (of education if I could) and do something with the topics and knowledge that it teaches now in the country, specially about history, but in the realm of social contacts too. I mean that I would like to improve the education for the kids (what includes universal access to school), for them to be better persons and be more prepare to the world (to the "real world").

    Hey I thought to study History too but finally I chose Anthropology like you. I think is very nice that want to help people.

Choosing a photo was very difficult because I have a lot of options, historical photos, family photos, photos with my friends, that are really important... But I decided to choose this that is one of my favourite pictures, because it's very expressing and a pretty photo taken in an important place I took this photo on September 12th, the day before the conmemoration of the state coup and it's Londres 38 , an ex center of detention and torture. The walls have writting some names of Detained.dessapeared that were there, and in the street, there's a lot of plates with names, so many names, so many persons of some many ages that didn't diserve that, because nobody deserves that kind of treat. I think that the photo represents the memory, because the flowers, the names in the walls written by maybe familiars, maybe common people, have the importance to illustrate that we don't forget, and we don't forgive.

Post 3: My favorite Movie

Hello, today I'm gonna talk about my favorite movie, this is also a hard decision because I'm not really a person who enjoys watching a lot of movies, I just watch the ones that everybody, specially my brother, tells me to watch. So, that doesn't mean that I haven't seen any movie, actually I have seen some pretty good ones, like Donnie Darko, a few of Studio Ghibli like Grave of the fireflies ( La tumba de las luciérnagas ) or Spirited Away ( El viaje de Chihiro ). So, if I have to choose one, I would pick Grave of the fireflies ( if you haven't seen it yet, DO IT) This is a Japonese animated war movie based on a semi-autobiographical story of a Japonese called Akiyuki Nosaka. It was released in 1988, animated by Studio Ghibli, but there's also the live-action version that was released in 2005. This film is really beautiful and sad.
